Ethmoidal sinus
The ethmoidal sinuses, or ethmoidal cells, or ethmoidal cells or ethmoidal labyrinths are dug into the lateral masses of the ethmoid, are generally greater than ten in number, have an overall parallelepiped shape and are divided into anterior and posterior. They are wedged between the nasal cavities, of which they constitute a part of the lateral portion, they are below the frontal bone, anterior to the sphenoid bone and above the jaw.
